The history of coffee is as rich as the brew itself, dating since XIX century.

Costa Rica has been a country of high knowledge and experience in coffee production, due to a combination of advantages: the variety that is sowed; the climate; agricultural practices always guarding the integrity of the bean; its way of selecting and collecting the fruit; in addition of the care for the environment. This has generated a history of culture around coffee, involving each one of the details of the productive process, from the seed to the cup, to such an extent that ancient farmers popularly baptized it the "Gold Bean".

We love coffee, but specifically, we love great coffee. Just like you do. We are passionate about make an excellent
coffee. Which is why we formed this company-because we believe every cup
of coffee should be exceptional. We have been working very hard to make sure
every single cup of coffee measures
up to that standard.

So how do we do it? We start with great beans, and to find them we go to the source. Then, we roast the beans in small batches to perfect and maintain the flavor, whether they are single origin or distinctive blends. Also we tailor our roasts to capture the full richness and intensity of the coffee.
