Because of the different pleasures, we offer 2 options for each presentation: whole bean, guarantees a better conservation of the product after opening the packet (a small mill is required to grind the product), or in ground presentation, facilitating its consumption and offering a height quality product.
The packing of both presentations, ground or in the grain, has been chosen thinking in the extraordinary conservation of quality of our coffee.

Medium Roast Gourmet Coffee
The bean has a medium brown color with no oils present on its surface and great acidity. This type of roast allows the natural flavors in the bean to dominate the cup of coffee.
The Medium Roast also presents a stronger fragance, its aroma is much sweeter.
The process of further roasting generates a diminution in solids, resulting in a less dense drink, due to the greater roast that generates lighter and cleaner body in coffee.
This toast tends to be the most desired by coffee drinkers.

Dark Roast Gourmet Coffee
Costa Rican coffee makes some of the best Espresso due to the sweetness of the Arabian coffee.
The dark roast (Espresso) presents a very pleasant and strong fragrance, the grain presents a spectacular brightness, and it is the most dense, yet the less acid of our 3 types of roast.
This roast only can be use in a espresso machine and it forms a foamy ring which distinguishes good gourmet coffee
